TRIPLE DECKER GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH

These sandwiches are a favorite at our house. The triple decker is more filling so it means I have less sandwiches to prepare. We learned this trick when trying to satisfy the appetites of teenaged boys!
TOOLS:
• Large skillet or griddle
• Butter Knife
• Spatula
INGREDIENTS:
8oz Swiss Cheese, sliced
8oz Provolone Cheese, sliced
Loaf Whole Wheat Bread
1 stick of butter
(You may substitute any 2 cheeses of
your choice)

PREPARATION:
Melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat in skillet. Butter one side of a slice of bread. Layer one slice of bread, one slice of Swiss cheese, another slice of bread, one slice of Provolone cheese and top with buttered slice of bread with the butter side up. Place stacked sandwich in skillet, with buttered bread on top. Grill until golden brown then flip and grill until other side is golden brown. Serve warm.

HINTS: For an extra treat, place sliced bread & butter pickles in between one layer of the sandwich.
